The thing about my kind of diet is,

I do not eat healthily.

Not in the sense of eating deep-fried food and stuff.

More of,

Not eating much.

Before you jump to the conclusion that I am aneroxic,

I am not.

I do not starve myself.

Just,

eat lesser.

I eat 2 meals instead of 3.

I eat bread instead of rice or noodles for brunch.

Just some bit of rice and meat and veg for dinner.

Small portions of everything.

Guess it is not very healthy.

But it is quite effective.

I am further encourage by the leftwards movement of the weighing scale needle.

But once in a while,

I do stuff myself silly,

and almost regret it immediately.

I was once bulimic,

but found it too much of a hassle.

It is not easy to keep excusing myself to visit the little girl’s room.

It is very unhealty.
Why do you not exercise?

I get such questions frequently.

I do not exercise is because of my weak knee joints.

Controlling what I eat is much easier,

though that means I have to go to bed on a empty stomach almost everynight.

What to do?

For the sake of a slimer Princess,

I have to suffer now.
